Bob spent decades in the work-force as a regular “working stiff” in the textile restoration field (water damage, fire/smoke damage, and mold remediation), and as a general contractor, and spent eight years as an over-the-road trucker before going back to college to fulfill a long-held dream of helping people navigate the legal system. When you hire him you’re getting a lawyer who understands the trials many of us deal with when we have to live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to get by.

Dan Buchanan is a lifelong Memphian with a passion for justice. Dan holds a BA in Anthropology and History from the University of Memphis, and a Juris Doctor from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He has been a champion for civil and human rights throughout his life, and now focuses his practice on consumer protection issues. Dan offers his services as a Tennessee licensed, practicing attorney through Ralston-Buchanan, PLLC and is a Midsouth Advocate who can help you fight off the debt collectors and get a bit of a fresh start on life or handle unscrupulous fraudsters who have taken advantage of you.
